Beaches
The most visited and crowded beach in the area, El Rihuete, is located in Puerto de Mazzaron. This beach is characterized by the golden color of the sand. Behind this beach is a boulevard with several Spanish restaurants. 

Another beach in the area is Bolnuevo, this beach is a bit quieter and is characterized by the sculptures of Bolnuevo. These striking limestone shapes resemble mushrooms and consist of yellow clay and sandstone.

Cartagena
This Roman port city has a rich history. A cultural trip to this city cannot be missed.

For the sports enthusiast!
There is also a fantastic walking and cycling route from Bolnuevo to Puntas de Calnegre. If you are sporty you must have done it once. Beautiful trails and right along the coast. Great views. A must for our sporty guests.

Mountaineering is close by. The mountains are not high but there is plenty to climb.

Do you like spotting animals and birds; come to the Costa Calida. It is worth the effort.

Love the sea and nature?
Crazy about fishing? Rent a boat and take it off. The bay of Mazarron is richly stocked with many types of fish. Nature is also beautiful on the water. Rent a boat or take a tour.
