The holiday home has a Spanish furnished living room with open kitchen. The furniture gives a warm and homely, comfortable atmosphere. Sit comfortably at the four-person dining table for a game, curl up with a book on the sofa or laze in front of the TV. With the WiFi and TV access you can enjoy watching TV.
The house is located in a wonderfully quiet area. From the balcony you have a beautiful view over the palm trees and the sun that shines wonderfully. This way you will feel completely recharged after your stay!
It is also possible to store a scooter/motorcycle. There is also an outdoor shower in the garden.
From the living room you now step through the patio doors into the spacious garden, with lots of privacy.
The house has a compact kitchen that is fully equipped. An induction, cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, refrigerator and a combination microwave are available in the house. Basic products, such as pepper and salt, and coffee are also available in the house.
On the ground floor there are two bedrooms with double beds, one of which can be separated. Upstairs in the tower room is another one bedroom with an extra bed.
We also have a sofa bed in the living room if that comes in handy.
Palm trees with a lovely Spanish sun on the terrace. The garden is surrounded by a fence that you can close completely, so that you can let your offspring or grandchildren play undisturbed without losing sight of them.
The total plot of the holiday home is 500 m², enough space to move around. The front of the garden is also tiled so that you can enjoy a game of badminton or you can see your child playing. There is also a storage room where you can store rented bicycle or beach items.
Afterwards you can relax on one of the sun loungers or drink a cup of coffee at the garden table. Who knows, you might even light the included barbecue for a feast! It is wonderful to relax in the garden.
To top it off, the garden offers a private swimming pool of 4×8 m.
Besides the fact that the environment is perfect for a stay with children, this holiday home in Mazarron is also equipped with artificial grass around the pool so that children do not slip around the pool. There is also a large terrace with artificial grass and tiles where the children can play.
There is a barn next to the house. Ideal for storing your bicycles, or putting your beach gear away. 1 car can be parked in the driveway of the cottage. There is also always enough space to park the car along the road. And the house is a 5 minute walk from the restaurant/pool and tennis courts.
We ensure that you always arrive in a fresh and clean house. The cottage is cleaned after each stay. Interim cleaning is only possible for stays longer than 3 weeks. You are kindly requested to leave the house broom clean, to clean up the waste in the appropriate containers and to clean and dispose of all used kitchen utensils.
